Client records related to divorce financial analysis services are retained for a minimum of five years following the conclusion of the engagement, consistent with professional standards for CDFA® practitioners. Any information we no longer need will be permanently deleted.

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Event of a Breach

In the unlikely event that client data has been lost, stolen, or potentially compromised, our policy is to alert affected individuals via email no later than 72 hours of our becoming aware of the event. We will also report such incidents to any required data protection authority and work closely with those affected to determine next steps, including any end-user notifications, needed patches, and how to prevent similar events in the future.
